5 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the city center, come and enjoy our studio apartment on the top floor, furnished and decorated with taste, whose great asset is its panoramic terrace.

Don't look for a parking space, the apartment has a private parking space as well as a garage for your bikes and motorcycles.

You will have your beds made on arrival. I will be happy to welcome you.
The space
In a beautiful, secure and eco-responsible residence (insulation, hot water by solar energy), come and enjoy our studio apartment on the top floor, furnished and decorated with taste, whose great asset is its panoramic terrace.

It has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, desk to work more comfortably and a night space for 2 people (140 cm bed).

The spacious bathroom offers a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and storage space for your belongings.

Its south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days and evenings of Touraine to have your breakfasts, aperitifs, meals with a clear view.

Don't look for a parking space, the apartment benefits from a private parking space as well as a garage for your bikes and motorcycles.

Less than 5 minutes from the airport, the main roads and the commercial and business centers of the North of Tours, only 7 minutes from the hypercenter of Tours by car, the apartment is ideally located for your business or tourism trips.
