In the heart of the most beautiful district, its beautiful facades and alleys, it is in the immediate vicinity of Place Plumereau, restaurants, shops and remarkable sites of Tours. Everything is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfortable bed, the brightness, the comfort, the decoration, the location. Ideal for a couple stay or a business trip. However there is no mention of the fact there is a narrow spiral staircase without a handrail for part of it to access the apartment. It is blessed by wonderful daylight & is well insulated from outside noise & temperature. There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the area, many being just a few paces from the front door.
