"Liked the room however would have liked a window to see outside. There was an outside space but nothing to look at , 4 high walls. It was spacious and in the best area.
Did not like the parking, quite a walk away from hotel, staff proved maps for everything but so much work and closed roads it was difficult to follow. Good price for parking when we got there."
"I stayed two nights at Hotel Le Jacquemart during my stay in Dijon and it was a good experience for the most part. From the train station it's either a quick and easy 15 min tram ride or an easy 18 min walk through the main walking passage. The location can't be beat...you're in the main square in about 5 minuets. Although the hotel is old (narrow staircase), my room was surprisingly large, and the air conditioning was great (I was there during a heat wave). My only two issues were the shower in the bathroom (when you turned the water on, the handle wouldn't stay in the holder and water shot everywhere) and my bed. Although I reserved/paid for a double, I basically had two twin beds that were pushed together (and kept separating during the night). They told me they didn't have any "true" double beds available...I was only there for two nights so I made do. Bed issue aside, I would probably stay here again."
"It was a wonderful experience! Incredibly helpful staff, perfect city center location, flawlessly decorated and detailed Junior suite. We kept somewhat unusual waking hours, in part, because were traveling with a young child. And they were always quick to clean the room without us requesting when we went out. Zero complaints, would stay again in a heartbeat!"
"Nice no frills hotel near exhibition center and not far from the historic sites ( 15 min walk to the start of your route they'd Centre Ville)
Kettle and tea in the room is a plus!
Hotel mentions that if you need amenities such as toothpaste etc they are for sale. other hotels provide those free
Excellent breakfast. Reasonable parking fee. But there was plenty of street parking ( tuesday)
Nice staff. They left a hand written note in the room, cute detail
Only thing I would say is to renovate the carpet in the rooms but not a big deal at all."
