My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. The Social Hub Toulouse
Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests.
