  • Located on the banks of the Canal du Midi (walking, cycling on its banks) the apartment enjoys a strategic, calm and relaxing location for the comfort of everyday life. Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Toulouse, a 10-minute walk from metros A and B, the Matabiau SNCF train station and opposite the first bus stop. Conveniences at the foot of the building: Pharmacy, Bakeries, Hairdresser, Market, gas station. Comfortable, bright and very well equipped, it has 80 m2 for a capacity of 2 to 6 people. 3 bedrooms equipped with large wardrobe, large private living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Box 1 place car in a private parking with an electric gate (remote control given on arrival), you can park your car or motorcycle safely, the apartment is also provided with a very pleasant loggia.

bonne prestation

Appartement des années 70 propre et agréable mais avec des équipements vieillots La gazinière offre trois feux sur 4, ce qui représente une gêne quand on est nombreux. Le nombre de couverts et assiettes est minimaliste (6) ainsi que l'équipement pour faire la cuisine (pas de planche à découper, etc....)pas de lave linge (en panne) Les baies coulissantes nécessitent de la force pour être manipulées ce qui n'est pas le cas de personnes vieillissantes! ampoule électrique à changer dans une chambre. pas de VMC extractive pour une salle de bain aveugle (bien nécessaire à 6, ....le quartier est glauque le soir (prostituées au pied de l'immeuble, passes dans les buissons le long du canal le soir heureusement à la nuit tombée,...Tout cela n'a pas entamé notre bonheur de faire découvrir Toulouse à nos petits enfants ! à pied et en transports en commun. merci à nos hôtes très sympathiques.

Proprietà de la maison. Les proprietares super disponibles et gentils. Ils nous attendu a notre arrivée et nous ont tout expliqué. Il nous ont meme apporté une choses qu'on avanti oubliée.

Super séjour à Toulouse

Appartement conforme à la description , très propre spacieux et sécurisé très calme ,il ne manque absolument rien idéalement située pour visiter Toulouse . Transports en commun proches . Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui s est adaptée à nos horaires de l arrivée et du départ. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour je recommande cette location et je garde l adresse . Impeccable

Situé idéalement à 10mn - 1/4h à pied du centre de Toulouse, l'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Rien ne manquait ; y compris un petit panier d'accueil. La loggia permet de manger dehors. Quant à Paolo, il se tenait prêt à répondre à toute demande éventuelle de notre part, ce qui n'a absolument pas été nécessaire.
