Cosy, spacious and bright, it is ideally located in the Bayard district of Toulouse. Just a stone's throw from the station, transport and shops. You will have a large living room, a beautiful terrace, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The flat has air conditioning. Closed garage in the basement of the residence. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed in the flat. The flat : Located on the 1st floor, the flat is composed as follows: Day area: \- A large entrance hall with wardrobe. \- A large living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and storage space. \- A dining room with table and chairs for 6 guests. \- A beautiful terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden of the co-ownership. Nice western exposure. \- A separate kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine... It has a small table with two chairs. It was extremely well located, in the heart of everything (easy walking distance to all the main sites), but was super quiet--no noise from the street or from neighbors. There were 4 of us and it was very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and basics like salt, pepper, other spices, oil, etc. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine. We discovered that there is a way to hang clothes up to dry in the bathtub of the second bedroom. There was a dishwasher, although we didn't use it. The air conditioning in the living/dining area was nice for a couple very warm and humid afternoons. Overall this is a very comfortable and well-stocked apartment.
