This bright and modern apartment, located in a 15th-century mansion, is ideal for a romantic getaway. Perfect for exploring the city, it’s located right in the heart of Toulouse, just 200 metres from Place du Capitole.

You’ll enjoy its close proximity to restaurants, the shops on Rue Alsace Lorraine, and public transport.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a tower dating back to 1477, accessible only by a staircase with 70 steps; there is no lift. For guests with heavy luggage, it is recommended to take breaks during the climb while enjoying the charming, traditional surroundings.

However, access is not recommended for people with limited mobility, the elderly, or pregnant women.

Check-in to the apartment is self-service. On the day of your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions at 8:00 a.m., along with an explanatory video to help you gain access to the apartment. Check-in is available starting at 5:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

Early check-in, starting at 3:00 p.m., can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

For parking, the nearest car park is the Capitole, located 200 metres from the apartment. Like all car parks in Toulouse, there is a fee.

Sheets and towels are provided.

You are staying in a private residence, so it is essential to be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.

If the apartment is not left clean, an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros will be charged.

If you smoke inside the apartment, we will file a claim for 100 euros with Airbnb.
