Man kann von dort zu Fuß einen Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüsestand erreichen, für den größeren Einkauf sind zwei Supermärkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist auch optimal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und doch ist man schnell im Zentrum und an den Stränden. Die Küche ist wirklich mit allen Geräten ausgestattet die man sich nur vorstellen kann.
