A beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. We had breakfast both mornings with the incredible view of the sea and beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

What a wonderful place, full of history and uniquely charming- the pool was amazing too! Staff were friendly and we learned a bit of French wartime history, for which we felt proud and grateful.

Simple stay for Christmas holidays, room was clean, breakfast included was fresh and varied. French pastries and bread very fresh and of good quality. Ham, cheese, salami, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, etc.. also on offer. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. Totally unexpected - quiet luxury with fantastic food.

Fabulous location and lovely sea view but it's the staff that make it. They were all super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 2 night on our mini moon in the south of France. The location was perfect for visiting Toulon and surrounding areas. Will definitely be looking to stay again on an anniversary.

Staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming and explained there was a theme night that night, reservation only, with free tapas and live music. Unfortunately having been involved in a major motorcycle accident the day before I just needed a bed otherwise free food would always draw me in!! Great location and loved the free multi function water dispenser on the room floor level near the lift. Highly recommend this one to anyone who isn't as majorly sore all over like I was !! Neck not...

Business trip. Hotel was excellent. Apart from all the building work going on. Nothing on the site to say this was happening. Less than half the hotel available to use.
