We are in Totnes near the castle (Blue house in photo) VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR RATES FOR TOTNES. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Leechwell House is a 200 year old, typical Totnes town house, which has been renovated to a high standard. It is located within a couple of minutes walk from the high street. Everything you need on the doorstep. We had a great time at Leechwell House. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully presented but comfortable too. We felt as though we were staying in a little bit of Totnes’ history. The house is convenient for Totnes town with its quirky shops, good restaurants and walks by the river.
