The property is super. All of the fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality. The place is like new. Spotlessly clean and nicely located for a quiet break, with Dartmouth, Salcombe and Plymouth all within easy reach. Karen & David we’re away for a large part of our stay but this wasn’t a problem. The apartment is lovely and the views of the surrounding countryside are idyllic. The owners gave us a really helpful introduction and all the appliances worked well. The location is ideal for visits to Dartmouth- (great for meals, ferries and historic views)and surrounding area - we spent several days walking sections of the South West Coastal path which is terrific, and visited several very interesting National Trust properties which are very nearby.
