It can accommodate up to 4 people and is situated slightly above Toscolano-Maderno with an almost all-round panoramic view across Lake Garda - from the east coast to Sirmione and the Isola del Garda and the Bay of Salo. The apartment has a large covered loggia with fantastic views over the peninsula Toscolano-Maderno Lake Garda - on which you can already enjoy breakfast in the morning sun - and a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the hills and (mountain) Pizzocolo. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and consumable costs (electricity, gas, water) are included in the rent. From the bright and cozy living and dining room you can enjoy the view across Lake Garda. The big sofa is transformed with a few simple steps into a big and comfortable bed (200 cm x180 cm). The master bedroom with balcony has a large double bed (160 x 200) with bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The daylight-bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a bidet and a washing machine. There is also a large infinity pool, from which you can even enjoy - while swimming - the astonishing lake view. Two private lounge chairs invite you to relax on the pool terrace. The car is parked safely in the garage from which you can go up directly via staircase to the apartment. There are a lot of hiking and walking trails that offer also spectacular views and it is not far. The hills and mountains around Toscolano-Maderno are part of the natural park "Parco dell\`Alto Garda", which stretches along the western shore from Salo to Limone. The famous Paper Mill Valley (Valle delle cartiere) is also very close. There are two footpaths "down" to the City Center of Toscolano which you can reach by foot in about 15 minutes, one of those walking paths directly leads to the Lake Garda with free beach and a nice beach restaurant / cafe / bar next to the historic church of Toscolano and the Roman excavations. The other way down ends approximately in the middle of the village - a place that has retained its Italian flair off the beaten track. In the historic part of Toscolano-Maderno little pitouresque squares and narrow, winding streets invite you to stroll around and the numerous cafes, bistros, "osterias" and restaurants to linger and enjoy the Italian way of life. The newer district is located on a semicircular peninsula, so the place has a very extensive sea front, with numerous - and free (!!!) - bathing possibilities, many bars, cafes, "cream parlors" , gelaterias along the lake front. The place has an excellent infrastructure. There are several supermarkets with fresh food counters. Every Thursday there is a weekly market. There are doctors and several pharmacies. ATMs are also available. The (car) ferry runs regulary to the East Coast. There are also numerous boat connections to other locations on the lake. Bicycle rentals and boat rentals are also available. Wer zwischendurch waschen möchte, kann das machen, weil es dort eine Waschmaschine gibt. Vor allem gefallen hat uns die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmerbalkon, von dem man über die ganze Stadt und den Gardasee blicken kann, sowie der große Pool. Meistens hatten wir ihn sogar für uns allein, es waren sich generell nicht so viele in der Residenz. Einziger Nachteil, den die schöne Aussicht mit sich bringt, ist dass man um zur Stadt uns zum See zu gelangen, dann jedes Mal den Berg hoch muss, was zwar anstrengend ist, aber nach einem Bad im Pool schnell vergessen. ##### Alexander M. Top ausgestattet, schöner Ausblick und auch der Pool ist super. Der Fußweg zum Strand/ Altstadt ist wie beschrieben etwas steil, aber durchaus leicht begehbar in 15 min. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Parksituation (sehr eng) und das Bett, das war wirklich unbequem. Sonst super :) ##### Stefan L. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine (sehr hilfreich). Die ganze Anlage ist supergepflegt, ein erwähnenswertes Plus der abschliessbare Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz. Besonders toll fanden wir den Pool (auch dieser supergepflegt und sauber), egal wir einen Ausflug gemacht hat oder beim Baden waren - am Schluss des Tags war der Sprung in den wunderbaren Infinity-Pool obligatorisch. All die Infos und Tipps rund um die Wohnung wie auch Unternehmungen rund um den Gardasee waren einfach perfekt und hilfreich, der Check-in und der Check-out absolut problemlos. Der Kontakt vor Ort wie zu den Eigentümern sehr nett, hilfreich und schnell. Für uns war das der perfekte Urlaub und wir würden beim nächsten Gardasee-Urlaub diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder wählen! ##### Inéz H. Gern wieder! ##### Stefan Stayed 13 nights in May 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Familie P. 23 May 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Dolce Vita in Toscalano-Maderno Bei Bellavista in Toscolano-Maderno handelt es sich nicht um eine klassische Ferienanlage, sondern um eine private Wohnungseigentumsanlage. Die mehrheitlich einheimischen Eigentümer verbringen hier ihre Wochenenden und Urlaube. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs im Mai 2023 trafen wir nur sehr selten Nachbarn an und wir hatten die Anlage mehr oder weniger für uns alleine. Das Appartment ist sauber, ansprechend modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, und mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet. Der Schlafkomfort war gut, das Schlafzimmer zur ruhigeren Bergseite ausgerichtet. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt für zwei Personen. Von der Seeseite aus muss immer mit einem gewissen Geräuschpegel gerechnet werden. Sei dies von der örtlichen Papierfabrik oder dem Durchgangsverkehr im Ort. Dafür erhält man jedoch einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Wlan funktioniert sehr gut. Der Pool ist erfrischend und wunderschön gelegen. Die ortsansäßige Facility-Managerin reagierte auf eine telefonische Anfrage schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Von den Eigentümern erhielten wir vorab sehr umfangreiche Informationen zum Aufenthalt in T.-M., sprich zur Einweisung in die Wohnung bzw. der Anlage (Stichwort Bella figura), der korrekten Müllentsorgung und viele, viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps. Hier blieben tatsächlich keinerlei Fragen offen. Sehr gut. Diese Ferienwohnung in Toscolano-Maderno können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. ##### Familie P. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage von Toscolano-Maderno ist perfekt. Es liegt ungefähr auf der Hälfte der Strecke von Riva nach Sirmione und genau an der Fähre, die quer über den See fährt. Die Anlage ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht. Unbedingt eine Empfehlung ##### Nandy M. Verkehr und Papierfabrik sind weit genug weg um von einer ruhigen Lage sprechen zu können. Der Ort selbst hat alles was man braucht, war aber nicht überlaufen ,die Lage am See ist für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung ziemlich günstig. Wir haben von den vielen Tipps, die wir von den Vermietern erhalten haben, nur einige umsetzen können, fanden diese aber sehr wertvoll und können uns den jeweiligen Empfehungen nur anschließen. Kleine Probleme (einmal war die Hauptsicherung raus) wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. ##### Markus B.
