The property is situated directly on the lakefront, nestled in a 3,000 sqm private park featuring century-old trees, magnolias, olive trees, palms, oleanders, and rose gardens. The entrance and parking area are entirely independent of the other unit. The spacious apartment offers a 70 sqm living area featuring a large kitchen and a fireplace. It opens onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy views of the park and the fresh lake breeze. The sleeping area consists of three large bedrooms: two doubles and one twin room (with two single beds), served by a bathroom with a double vanity and shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with split-system air conditioning. Shared Amenities (available to both units): Private dock Children’s play area Barbecue area Unheated swimming pool (Dimensions: 8m x 4m; Depth: 1.22m) with outdoor shower and changing rooms.
