    Welcome to La Terrazza, a cosy holiday apartment ideal for 3 people, located in the heart of Maderno, just a short walk from all essential amenities: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beautiful Lake Garda promenade.
    The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building without an lift and offers a simple, bright, and homely atmosphere.

    Inside you’ll find:

    - a compact kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals;
    - a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area;
    - a comfortable and quiet master bedroom;
    - a new, practical, and well-maintained bathroom.

    The apartment’s real highlight is its panoramic terrace: a balcony overlooking the lake, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing at sunset.

    The terrace also features air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort even on the hottest days. Free Wi-Fi. Public parking nearby.
