The apartment is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning (free of charge). Soulér has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. Magnificient old building from the 18th century, beautiful garden right next to a tiny old and quiet harbor, simply stunning! A small and quiet private beach right at the house for a swim in the early morning. Not that much touristic traffic in that part of the town but everything can easily reached by foot. Even fly fishing in the Toscolano spring is possible above the historic paper mill up in the valleys (really lots of trouts there but rather difficult to hook 😁). We simply hat a great vacation. Vom Garten aus hat man nicht nur einen Zugang zum Hafen, sondern auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite auch einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Kieselstrand - herrlich! Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech. Die Hälfte der Woche hat es geregnet und es hat im Badezimmer nicht unerheblich durch das Dach geregnet. Es wurde sich gekümmert, auch wenn das Problem nicht unmittelbar behoben werden konnte. Ohne Sonnenschein ist die Wohnung mit den kleinen Fenstern recht dunkel und dieses Jahr war es auch Anfang Oktober etwas kalt in der Wohnung (17°C). Auf den Bergen fiel der erste Schnee. Der Charme des Hauses hat uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gefunden und unser Hund hat es genossen, im Aufzug bis unters Dach zu fahren. Von den anderen Gästen im Haus haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Man konnte sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. ##### Michaela H. Der Parkplatz war super. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, alte gepflegte Möbel und die Ausstattung ist super. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass viele Durchgänge sehr klein sind und man oft gebückt laufen muss oder man stößt sich den Kopf. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich zwar einzeln steuern, dann geht sie nach kurze Zeit alleine aus. Es gibt außerdem nur ein großes Fenster. Sehr rustikal, leider mit wenig Tageslicht, da zu wenig Fenster verbaut sind. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher,Toaster, etc. WLAN im guter Geschwindigkeit vorhanden. Das Gepäck/Personen können per kleinem Fahrstuhl befördert werden. Der Ablauf über das Portal lief reibungslos. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Patrizia begrüßt und eingewiesen. Kommunikation in Englisch. Den Garten teilt man sich mit dem Bewohnern der anderen Wohnungen, wobei jede Wohnung ihr eigenes Plätzchen im schönen Garten/Terrasse hat. Auch der Dackel konnte am kleinen, zum Haus gehörenden Strandabschnitt mit schwimmen gehen. Der Hundestrand von Toscolano ist unweit entfernt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen die Wohnung sowie Herrn Cecioni und Patrizia weiter. ##### Oliver d. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, ist noch Luft nach oben. Was uns sehr gestört hat sind die Matratzen, die ständig verrutschten und sich so immer wieder eine große Kluft auftat. Der Checkin war ok, Patricia war sehr nett, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles geduldig erklärt, nur am Ende des Urlaubs war sie nicht mehr erreichbar, unsere sms liefen ins Leere. Trotz dieser Wermutstropfen geben wir dem Objekt 4 Sterne, da die Lage der Villa direkt am See und abseits vom Trubel sensationell ist und wir den schönen und gepflegten Garten in vollen Zügen genossen haben. ##### Sandra F. Die Wohnung besitzt alles, was man in den Ferien braucht, die Lage ist perfekt - der Strand vor der Haustür und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe - und die Gastgeber sind sehr engagiert. Vor der Buchung kümmert sich Danielle um alles, vor Ort Patrizia. Beide sprechen Englisch. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, dass sofort behoben wurde. Übrigens gibt es seit einiger Zeit eine Parkmöglichkeit ca 50m vom Haus entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank ##### Stefan M. Die Inneneinrichtung ist typisch italienisch. Das alte hafengebäude hat sehr viel Charme. Eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer lädt zum verweilen ein. Alles wichtige ist gut fußläufig erreichbar, z.b. 2 verschiedene Strände. Der Eisladen, mit sehr leckerem selbstgemachte Eis, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man mit der typisch italienischen Einrichtung leben kann, gern etwas Ruhe vom Alltag haben möchte und 10 - 15 min Spaziergang bis zum Strand kein Problem darstellen.
