The house has central heating for the intermediate and winter seasons, is sunny and offers a view of the green. It is approx. 200 meters to the next beach. There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, there is also a bar and restaurant nearby. For guests who want to get around the village by bike, we provide various simple bikes free of charge We offer our holiday guests free of charge: Fast Internet Wifi. Various spices for the kitchen, coffee, tea and more. A little of our organic olive oil. Use of the washing machine, as well as products for washing up and for the washing machine. Bed linen is changed every week. You will also find detailed information on excursions and good restaurants in the vicinity of the resort of Toscolano-Maderno. Rental Bikes free of charge. We wish you a wonderful, relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht werden kann. Die Lage nicht weit vom See ist sehr gut, die Parksituation im September war relativ entspannt, da ein Parkplatz am Haus nicht vorhanden ist. Bei den vielen engen Gassen ist das Fahren manchmal auch ein Abenteuer. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bestens . Das Schönste war dann der Abend nach einem schönen Tag auf der Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer ,zum Gardasee und zum schön beleuchteten Kirchturm. Es fehlte an nichts, Highlight ist die überdachte Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist sauber, der Empfang herzlich. Wünschenswert wäre einzig ein Stellplatz oder eine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, da die Parksituation im Ort zumindest während unseres Urlaubs sehr schwierig war. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben! Perfekt waren der grosse Wohnraum im 3\. Stock und die grosse Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf den See, ideal zum Sonnebaden und um sich zu entspannen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr bequem, und es fehlt der Einrichtung wirklich an nichts! Sehr gemütlich, einfach zum sofort wohlfühlen! Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. An die Strände konnten wir bequem zu Fuss gehen und unser Auto brauchten wir deshalb nur einige male für einen schönen Ausflug. Alltägliches bekommt man um die Ecke (Bäcker, Metzger, etc) und Ausflüge kann man von Maderno aus mit dem Schiff oder der Autofähre starten. Wir haben die schönen Badestrände und auch die lange Seepromenade bis Maderno für Spaziergänge genutzt. Vielen Dank auch für die vielen guten Informationen zu Ausflügen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Toscolano-Maderno und dieses Ferienhaus sind wirklich wunderschön und auf jeden Fall bald wieder eine Reise wert! ##### Francesca M. Die Lage ist sehr untouristisch, so dass man echt italienische Luft schnuppern kann. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurant (super!) San Carlo direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit offenem Grill. Da möchte man gar nicht mehr weg! Aber die Entdeckung der schönen Wanderwege rund um Toscolano lohnt sich. Wanderschuhe einpacken! Dank der ausführlichen Infomappen erfährt man viel über die Umgebung. Saló, Gargagno und Co. wollen besucht werden. Zurück in Toscolano ist man wieder fern vom Trubel und kann die Dorfidylle genießen. Bei allen Fragen hilft Sen. Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt fast schon ein Jahr zurückliegt, so haben wir doch alles noch in bester und sonniger Erinnerung. Es war rundum ein perfekter Urlaub!! Das Haus mit seinen zwei tollen Ferienwohnungen liegt in einer Gegend von Toskolano, die noch vom "Massentourismus" verschont geblieben ist. Die alten Häuser und Gassen versprühen viel italienisches Flair und der Besuch beim Bäcker um die Ecke ist ein absolutes Muss. Sprachkurs inklusive!! Der Gardasee ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die Kinder konnten gar nicht genug bekommen vom Gardameer ("Mama das ist doch ein Meer, hier gibts ja richtige Wellen"). Auf dem Hin-oder Rückweg zur Ferienwohnung noch ein kurzer Stopp in der Bar oder Gelateria und Mann/Frau kann erahnen, was mit La Dolce Vita gemeint ist. Sehr zu empfehlen an dieser Stelle ist die nahegelegene Trattoria San Carlos. Zur Selbstverpflegung sind mehrere Supermärkte vor Ort. Ein kleiner Sparmarkt ist nur eine Häuserzeile entfernt Den Wochenmarkt (Donnerstag) sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen! Von Toscolano-Maderno aus hat man beste Möglichkeiten, die anderen schönen Städte rund um den See zu erkunden. Sehenswert ist auch das Papiermühlental in Toscolano! Wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Auf dem Monte Baldo lag sogar Schnee bei bester Sicht auf den Gardasee. Wohnung im 2\. und 3\. Stock ist auf jedenfalls zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich nichts. Alles was in einen normalen Haushalt zu Hause vorhanden ist , findet man auch hier vor. Am meisten haben wir den Morgen und die Abende auf der wunderschönen Terrasse genossen, aber auch das italienische Dorfleben mal ohne viele Touristen. Da es leider viel zu heiß war, konnten wir gar nicht alle Ausflugstipps warnehmen (vor allem die Wanderungen) , so dass wir wohl gerne noch einmal wiederkommen müssen. Dafür lud aber um so mehr der nur 5 Minuten entfernte glasklare Gardasee sehr oft zum baden ein. Auch die Betreuung der Vermieter und der Hausbetreuerin vor Ort kann man nur lobend erwähnen. Die zweite Etage zum Schlafen und Kochen war toll (das Badezimmer ein Traum), aber der Hammer ist die dritte Etage mit dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Alle Mahlzeiten und der Schlummertrunk am Abend haben wir dort zelebriert.
