Herr Righettini hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns nach Schilderung der Situation zu einer Ausweichunterkunft gebracht. Er hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Wohnung zu zeigen und Tipps bzgl. der Umgebung gegeben. Wir waren leider nicht mehr so zentral gelegen wie ursprünglich geplant, jedoch haben wir dafür eine größere Wohnung in sehr ruhiger und schöner Lage mit Balkon und Blick auf den See und die Berge erhalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind für eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hof, was wir persönlich als sehr sympathisch empfunden haben. Dazu konnte man sich nicht nur auf der Terrasse niederlassen, sondern auch gemütlich im Garten unter Olivenbäumen sitzen. Unter anderem ist ein toller Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke (ca. 200 m). Der Gardasee ist auch innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Um super Essen gehen zu können ist man ca. 20 Minuten unterwegs, aber in Kombination mit einem Spaziergang fällt die Zeit nicht auf. ##### Kim Michael N. Das Wetter war zwar unbeständig, aber wir konnten dank der vielen guten Tipps von Raffaele das Beste daraus machen. Er war sehr bemüht uns die Landschaft und den Gardasee im Besonderen näher zu bringen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Unser kleiner Hund hat sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir in der Unterkunft. Der große Garten ist mit seinen Olivenbäumen eine Oase und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und hatte einige gute Tipps für uns Garda Neulinge parat. Zudem dürften wir unsere Mountainbikes sicher in der Garage abstellen. Dafür vielen Dank an Raffaele! Da wir gerne Mountainbike fahren, war die Übersicht von allen guten Strecken in der Nähe von Maderno sehr hilfreich für uns. Auch sonst gibt es mehr als genug Infos in diversen Zeitschriften, etc., die in der Wohnung für uns bereit lagen. Den Reiseführer hätten wir glatt zu Hause lassen können! Toscolano-Maderno ist eine noch etwas verschlafene Stadt und noch nicht so vom Tourismus überrannt, das gefiel uns sehr gut. Die Seepromenade ist sehr schnell zu Fuß erreicht und wurde gerade teilweise neu gemacht. Der Eisladen Calchera sowie die Pizzeria Cantinone direkt am Ortseingang am Hafen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Der Supermarkt Migros ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung erreichbar und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ##### Dennis W. Wir wollten zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester eine Woche am Gardasee verbringen und haben uns für die Wohnung Ortensia entschieden. Da wir mit einem sehr großen Hund reisen, sprach uns neben der geräumigen Wohnung auch der große eingezäunte Garten an. Und natürlich der Hinweis, dass die Mitnahme von Tieren gestattet ist. Umso erfreulicher war es, dass Raffaele nicht nur Tiere erlaubt, sondern auch ruhige Hunde mag. Zur Unterkunft können wir sagen, dass die Ausstattung wie beschrieben hochwertig ist und alles da war, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Und da der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt (sogar mit einer Frischfisch-Theke) nur 100 - 150 Meter entfernt war, haben wir die Küche des Öfteren für das Kochen leckerer Speisen genutzt. Bis zur See-Promenade waren es auch keine 10 Minuten Fußweg und Tipps, was man in und um Moderno machen kann, gab es von Raffaele bei der Ankunft auch noch! Da wir nur eine Woche da waren, konnten wir leider nur wenig davon ausprobieren. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Also nochmals vielen Dank an den Vermieter Raffaele für den tollen Aufenthalt! ##### Nam Kha P. Der Vermieter hat an vieles gedacht und die Ausstattung ist von guter Qualität. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man kann das Zentrum, den Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gut erreichen. Hervorragend auch der Balkon mit Südlage, den wir morgens zum Frühstück und Abends auf ein Glas Wein immer genutzt haben. Der Weg zum nächsten im übrigen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt beträgt auch nur 50 m. Der mehrsprachige Vermieter H Righettini ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat viele Tips auf Lager und man kann ihn jederzeit bei Fragen erreichen. Toscolarno an der Westküste des Gardasee ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den See zu erkunden. Wir können die den Gardasee und die Wohnungen von H. Righettini nur wärmstens empfehlen. ##### Gerhard P. Der Gardasee ist immer eine Reise wert, Wetter, Umgebung, Essen und die Menschen gefallen uns. Da wir aber gern mit offenem Fenster schlafen/leben und gerne auf dem Balkon essen, gerade bei ca 30 Grad ( Klimaanlage versuchen wir zu meiden), waren wir dieses Jahr etwas enttäuscht. Die Ferienwohnung lag an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die etwas abschüssig ist. Somit gaben Autos und Motorräder nochmal richtig Gas, es ging früh morgens gegen 6:00 los, bis spät in den Abend. Hin zu kamen 2 schlecht erzogene Hunde, sogenannte Kläffer, die links u rechts des Hauses leben, ein A.-Traum :-(. Wir wundern uns, warum das noch nie in den Bewertungen angesprochen wurde, obwohl der Vermieter selbst das Problem eingesteht. Aber, die Wohnung war sonst sehr schön und zweckerfüllend und der Vermieter und sein Vater sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganzen, ein schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung entsprach voll den Angaben im Inserat, die Küchenausstattung ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber, genau wie die übrige Wohnung.
