"The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told...

"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

"La primera vez que fui y es un lujo!! Bowling, ping pong, pool y mas juegos todo incluido con la estadia, mas actividades acuaticas, la comida un 10 muy buenos chef, el staff siempre atento nos trataron como reyes y me reconocieron el estado VIP de expedia entonces tuve una botella de Sparkling White Wine gratis.
