Hola me comunico para reclamar, estuve alojado en el Howard Johnson resort pilar el viernes 31/3/23 al 1/4/23 realice la reserva con mí mujer con el afán de descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones. Les cuento mí experiencia al ingresar al hotel cerca de las 17 hs nos asignan la hab 315 con vista a la autopista cuando yo telefónicamente había solicitado vista a la piscina para descansar, les cuento que había solicitado otra cosa me atiende una chica muy amable llamada Wanda, se fija en la computadora me dice que no había le reitero el pedido que necesitábamos descansar llama a un muchacho llamado Blas, se fija realiza el mismo actin y nos responde que no hay ninguna opción solo la hab 315. Sin ganas de discutir y poniendo mí mayor voluntad nos dirigimos a la hab 315 cuando subimos a la hab había una imagen de abandono y desorganización en la hab que no correspondía a la cadena Howard Johnson, nos pareció raro . Detalles a los que me refiero : Somier sin pollerita con la base del sommierr a la vista Una TV que no funcionaba No había batas de baño No había pantuflas Jabón en dispenser como en una estación de servicio en el baño Etc Me comunico con la recepción. Del hotel y solicito las batas pantuflas y me dicen que me cobraban 2 mil pesos adicionales x bata y pantufla para llevarme las a la hab Les digo que .e las envíen aunque me parecía que lo correspondía me envían dos batas para personas de 1,40 de altura y dos pantuflas descartables usadas lavadas en una bolsita

La pileta es grande y con divisiones para aprovechar con distintos grupos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero de estilo antiguo. El resto, necesitaría más personal para atender, ya que con bastante gente cenando disminuye la calidad de atención. La bondiola con salsa estaba bien, acompañada de papas al horno. (el menú decía mil hojas de papa) El AC estaba fuerte y enfriaba la comida rápidamente.

Servicio un poco decepcionante.

No recibí la atención esperada. Frente a algunas situaciones donde esperé una solución de parte del hotel, no tuve respuesta util. Por ejemplo, mi reserva decir Check-In a las 15.00 y cuando llegué me dijeron que era a las 19.00; y no me dieron habitacion hasta esa hora. Durante mi espera quise pedir un trago en la pileta y no me lo dieron porque no tenía habitacion asignada... sin predisposición a hacerle la cosa facil al huesped.

El hotel muy lindo, se disfruto de la pileta, hermosa y aunque tuvimos problemas con la habitación, nos dieron un upgrade por el problema. Lo que no gusto es el servicio en el restaurante, la comida no fue lo que esperábamos. fideos pegoteados, solo tenían los vinos mas caros de la carta. los sandwiches sin sabor. la próxima es para ir a comer afuera del establecimiento.
