Das Haus entspricht nicht den Bildern. Beispiel: Die abgebildeten Liegen vor dem Haus waren verschmutzt in einem Fahrradschuppen. Bei der Objektbeschreibung steht "mit Internet". 5 Tage vor Reiseantritt kommt eine Email mit dem Vermerk "kein Internet". Aus meiner Sicht ist das eine Täuschung und nach einem Tag bekam ich die Antwort, dass es einen "mobilen WLAN-Router" gibt. Der funktioniert zwar, aber die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit ist unterirdisch langsam und nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Haus (Fenster und Türen) hat keinen Insektenschutz! Garten: Der angebliche Stellplatz fürs Kfz ist nicht zu gebrauchen, weil das Gartentor wegen einem Baum nur zur Hälfte aufgeht. Infrastruktur Straße (Die Bezeichnung Straße in diesem Viertel ist nicht richtig. Tip: Bei Google Maps mit Streetview anschauen und in echt war es bei uns noch schlimmer: Die Zu- und Anfahrt ist nicht asphaltiert. Nur Schlaglöcher und Schlamm und teilweise Rinnen, die man nur mit einem Jeep befahren kann. Miserabler geht es nicht. Die 200m zum Meer sind wir immer im Matsch gegangen, weil von verschiedenen Häusern Wasser auf die Sandstraße lief. Obwohl es bei uns nie regnete, war die Straße immer lehmig/matschig! - Da kommt keine Urlaubsfreude auf! Lage: Ist sehr ruhig, aber voll in der Pampa. D.h. der richtige Nährboden für Insekten. Wir hatten Mitte September 10-15 Stiche täglich. (schmerzhaft und bis zu 2 Tagen spürbar) Dies hat den Urlaub total vermiest, weil man im Garten oder der Veranda nicht ausspannen konnte. Wir haben die gängigen Mittel mit Autan, Rauchschnecken, Kerzen, elektrische Insektenvernichter, usw eingesetzt, aber es half "Nichts". Wir sind 3 Tage früher abgereist und haben die Tage noch am Gardasee in der "Zivilisation" erholsam verbracht. Die Vermieterin hat mir auch noch unterstellt, dass ich rückwirkend eine Preisminderung möchte und sich noch wegen den Mückenstichen lustig gemacht. - Wir sind eine Lebenserfahrung reicher und wer Urlaub mit Geländewagen und Insekten im Matsch/Sand will, der ist hier genau richtig. Genügend Bilder haben wir auch, falls jemand Bedarf hat. PS: Blick auf Gennargentu-Gebirge ist etwas übertrieben. Zwischen Sträuchern kann man Bruchteile von dem Gebirge sehen :-) ##### Josef M. Nulla di che. Per il resto la casa è perfetta! Si trova in una zona leggermente esterna rispetto al centro del paese, ma si raggiungono comodamente (in moto o auto) tutti i servizi e, soprattutto, a 5 minuti a piedi, una spiaggia gigante e meravigliosa. È presente ogni comfort, dalla lavatrice, alla lavastoviglie, all'aria condizionata, al barbecue, a stoviglie di ogni tipo, ai racchettoni da spiaggia. Spazio ottimo per 3 persone, buono anche per 4\. L'esterno è fantastico, terrazzino coperto dove mangiare e divanetti per rilassarsi dopo cena. Insomma, un sogno. Torneremo. Vor Ort hat alles reibungslos geklappt, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei längerem Aufenthalt hätte uns aber (auch trotz weitgehender Abwesenheit tagsüber) ein echtes Wohnzimmer gefehlt- es gibt eigentlich nur Küche mit Esstisch + Bad + Schlafräume. Im TV gibt es auch nur italienisches Programm und die Veranda ist an kühlen Oktoberabenden auch nicht mehr der richtige Ort für gemütliche Abendstunden. ##### Wilko G. Sogar für unseren Enkel war Spielzeug vorhanden ebenso ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Da haben wir auf Sardinien, bezüglich Ausstattung, schon ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Sat-TV währe schön ( wer im Urlaub TV sehen möchte) Italo Fernsehen geht gar nicht, sagen selbst die Italiener. Wer eine eher ruhige Umgebung mag ist in den alten Gärten gut aufgehoben. Ist dort auch immer ein wenig kühler wie in der Stadt.Allerdings gelegendlich ein paar Mücken aber auch für diese waren "Abwehrmittel" vorhanden. Der "Hausstrand" ist für´´ mal eben´´ reinspringen sehr nah für Kleinkinder eher nicht zu empfehlen da nicht seicht genug ( besser sind die Lido Orri ). Die Bar am Hausstrand besteht schon ewig, hat durch ihre Stammkunden ein sehr intessantes Publikum und ist bestens für lange Abende geeignet ( gute Preise und keiner braucht fahren).
