The property, located on the second and top floor, is served by a lift, and consists of a huge living room/kitchen, three double bedrooms, two fine bathrooms, with shower, covered veranda, uncovered veranda and a beautiful panoramic terrace ( with a small glimpse of the sea), ideal for pleasant and relaxing moments outdoors. The finishes are of a high standard, as are the furnishings and technical equipment. Equipment: dishwasher, two ovens, outdoor furniture, TV, air conditioning, washing machine. Private garage inside the garage located in the basement. The accommodation is also located not far from the port and marina of Arbatax and a few minutes by car from the center of Tortolì, full of shops and commercial activities. The location is ideal as a starting point to reach all the beauties of the Ogliastra province. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all accessories.
