A few steps from the enchanting bay of Porto Frailis , easily accessible on foot around the corner, is this cozy house with a maritime charm.   
After crossing the private gate, a flowery path leads to the entrance and to the veranda overlooking the green lawn , perfect for relaxing outdoors.   
 Inside you are welcomed by a bright living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the veranda, a bathroom and the ceiling with exposed wooden beams that give warmth and authenticity to the rooms.   
 An internal staircase leads to the lower floor where the two bedrooms are located:

 the other with separable beds for maximum flexibility
