Torshavn Harbour

The beds were really horrible. Great staff and I liked the restaurant and Mahip, the server at the restaurant. But not happy about the room.

There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel.
