Die teilweise neuen Möbel lassen einen aber nicht über die in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder und die Küche hinwegsehen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Das Wohnzimmer ist vollgestellt mit leeren undteilweise kaputten Möbeln und einer Schlafcouch ,macht einen ungemütlichen Eindruck,die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, 4 Weingläser,4 Wassergläser (ist aber für 6 Personen ausgelegt) keine Schüssel oder Schälchen für Obstsalatoder oder ähnl. Im Bad sind keinerlei Haken für Handtücher,muß man alles selber kaufen.Für ein Langzeitmieter fehlt sehr viel in der Küche,da man ja nicht jeder Tag Essengehen will.Für kühle Abende fehlt auch eine Heizung,bis November ist das okay. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, den Zustand kann man mit "in Ordnung" beschreiben. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kleinere Renovierungen wären erforderlich (per Mail an Vermieter)! Dafür ist die Miete für die Lage günstig und entspricht dem Standard der Wohnung! Herausragend sind die beiden Balkone, einer offen, einer glasumbaut, beide Meerblick. Und natürlich die Nähe zu Promenade und Strand! Toller Service durch Pablo! Leider musste der Wohnungsschlüssel im 7 km entfernten Nachbarort abgeholt werden. Darauf hätte im Inserat unbedingt hingewiesen werden müssen.
