Wonderful apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. This home provides comfort, and the warmth of feeling at home, has Wi-Fi and foreign channels and an exquisite and elegant decoration in all the details. You can also enjoy its magnificent pool (only in the summer season) and the convenience of being close to everything since it is located in the most central area of Torrox Costa, even the building has direct access to the Mercadona supermarket !! so you can bring all your purchases without leaving home.  
The building, located in a totally private residential area, has an elevator.  
It is located about 300 meters from the beach, to which you can walk without any problem. In this place we also have the beach sports area and the promenade with all kinds of hospitality and shopping services.  
This beach area is one of the best in Torrox Costa! Don't wait any longer, come and visit it, at any time of the year we have ¨the best climate in Europe¨ !!

#### Zentrale Lage. Blitz sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir sind zwei Winter Monate in der Wohnung gewesen . Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mercadona im Haus. Zum Strand zwei Minuten. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war Blitz sauber ,aber wirklich Blitz sauber. Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig.Für die Wärme ist gesorgt. Die Decken sind warm, kuschelig, die Betten bequem.Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
