No refrigerator in the room no microwave which was strange long walk to the check in desk but nice lobby

Very clean and polite staff. It’s a difficult time to be traveling with the COVID-19 scare, but the hotel was pristine and we felt safe at this location, in our time of need to be in town for a family matter.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here, always very clean and efficient staff. My only complaint was the bed was low to the floor, and I don’t remember this before. The bed was a little lumpy again I don’t remember ever feeling this way before. Otherwise a wonderful stay and I’m sure I will stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening and were placed in a suite for the disabled. Though we were not in need of these accommodations, it was interesting to see how a room for someone in a wheelchair would be designed. We didn't even know hotels had rooms like this to offer. Kudos for designing rooms for the disabled as they have been undeserved until now.

The fire alarm went off at 6 am. I just got in at 3 am from the airport and up at 6 by the fire alarm

I could hear the couple next to my room very loudly through the night & day.
Not to mention someone was able to check in my room without me being there that i didn’t authorize smhhhhh.
Desk clerk never gave me eye contact; she was very uppity!! She better show me some damn respect..sheets itchy I believe it was bed bugs

Please know that if your stay is ever disturbed by outside sound, you may contact the front desk and we will do everything we can to mitigate the noise. Additionally, guest security is very important to us, and as such the only people who are permitted to enter your room without prior authorization is Housekeeping, and even then we provide Do Not Disturb tags to prevent this should you not want it. Thirdly, we apologize for any lapse in excellence of service by our staff. We will be working closely with them to ensure this remains a one-time error. Finally, if your bedding causes you discomfort, let us know immediately and we will change your sheets out for fresh ones. We hope you'll consider staying with us again soon, for a more relaxing experience.

Unfortunately the first room that I checked into was extremely cold as the heater was not working. After I called the front desk, i was moved to another that was all good. The rest of the stay was splendid.

Great location for the purpose of our visit to Danbury. My five year old enjoyed the game room & pool, hours of entertainment. Breakfast was good. The receptionist that checked us in very kind.

We stayed here for a few days for a family funeral and it was a great choice. The rooms were a very good size so my husband and I weren’t tripping over each other like some hotels. The beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast was always fresh & tasted good. Having the choice to include it with the room fee was great. So convenient!
I really have no complaints! They made our stay for a sad occasion to be a very pleasant one.

There was a mix up with checking in and management nor service desk was patient enough to help. Not everyone knows the routine gor checking in.
Room 425 had broken towel rack and bath racks and dirty towels left in room at our check in

I requested manager call me to discuss hot they handled security and phone calls. Manager was due in at 3pm yesterday and never Bothered to call me I will be calling corporate headquarters and filing a complaint.

Comfy room and great pool. My family visited me and used the pool. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and so was the breakfast buffet. My "go-to" for my frequent visits to CT.

Traveled with my daughter and two granddaughters. My son and his daughter came over and we all enjoyed the indoor pool; also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Great pool and it was even properly heated for our comfort. Beds were comfy, water was hot and breakfast buffet was yummy. We would put an in-room fridge on our wish list, though. I travel to CT regularly and will be staying here each time.
