The Villa is easily accessible along the Via Gardesana and is located about 5 km from Torri del Benaco. The Villa is located at the beginning of the road that connects the ancient village, called Pai di Sopra, with the lake and beaches. Entering through the avenue gate, you can park in the area in front of the house or in the covered garage for one car. In the small village of Pai, there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance and also a small shop for basic groceries. The villa is spread over two floors accessible from two entrances. MAIN FLOOR - LIVING AREA Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a living room with a spacious sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that will allow you to have lunch or dinner together. The kitchen, in natural wood, is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare meals for your family holiday. A modern full bathroom with glass shower completes this floor. Here you will also find the washing machine. On the Terrace, you can have lunch together around the modern dining table for 6 people, enjoying the view of Lake Garda, perhaps using the outdoor gas barbecue. GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS On the ground floor, the night area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outside, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The 3 rooms are equipped with air conditioning and on this floor we have a spacious bathroom with a shower. THE GARDEN In the garden near the Terrace, you can enjoy a bath in the tub for 4 people while watching the sunset with a glass of your wine. We specify that this is not a whirlpool bath. In the external area of the property, there are video surveillance cameras. The images are not subject to recording. THE ZONE Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a tourist destination all year round. Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of Italy's largest lake. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo. The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are located about 20 km away. Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Bei der Buchung hatte ich leider überlesen, dass 1 Zimmer kein direktes Tageslicht hat, nur ein Fenster in die Garage. Das war ein bisschen schade, aber die Jungs haben sich arrangiert. Check In war kontaklos mit einer Schlüsselbox, das hat perfekt geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Bei Fragen haben wir sofort Antworten bekommen. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am See und auch beim Dorfladen. Der ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles was man braucht zu moderaten Preisen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus (vor allem die letzten 50 Meter) ist sehr steil und schmal. Mit einem VW Bus war das eine gewisse Herausforderung. Aber wenn man in einem Zug durchfährt, das heisst das elektrische Garagentor rechtzeitig öffnet, geht es schon. Pai ist ein sehr kleiner Ort, zum Bummeln muß man nach Torri oder Brenzone. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. ##### Doris S. Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern im EG und großem Wohnbereich im 1 OG. Gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz. Achtung: es sind nicht zwei echte Badezimmer vorhanden, einmal ist es nur ein WC. Das ist etwas irreführend auf den verschiedenen Seiten, auf denen die Villa angeboten wird - die Villa wird auch angezeigt, wenn man nach Haus mit 2 Bädern sucht. Zudem recht hellhörig, was manchmal ein wenig stören kann. Von Domus Rental kam nur ein Mail, was wir tun könnten um den Heizkörper zu reparieren. Die Türen im Bad konnten teils nicht verschlossen werden, eine Herdplatte ging nicht richtig. Eine Schranktüre in der Küche war kaputt und fiel beim öffnen stets in zwei Teile... Der Wohn-Ess-Bereich ist großzügig und hell und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas zugewachsen. Fazit:Wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Haus kommen. ##### Ulrike R. As a family of 4 with two teenage boys the house and the area were perfect. Yes..there is a bedroom which looks into the garage as some of the reviews have indicated but that was one of the upsides for us! We loved Pai..the square up in the village has a fantastic pizzeria. We did lots here-speed boat from Casteletto- which is a pretty village, Mantova is a gem for history and art lovers, caneva world delivered an adrenaline rush for our boys. Im Haus alles so, wie man es zuhause auch hätte. Es hat nichts gefehlt, alles war da und wir hatten wirklich einen rundrum Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, es aber trotzdem nicht weit zu einem Restaurant oder zum See haben möchte: können wir nur empfehlen. Ausserdem wichtig für Hundebesitzer: man ist in 5 Minuten am See und kann ewig weit Gassi gehen. Das Restaurant (leider haben wir den Namen nicht) in Pai Sopra auf dem Dorfplatz rechts kocht wunderbar und ist hundefreundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder! ##### Claudia P.
