It has a large shared swimming pool and is only 3 km from the historic center of the town. The apartments all have independent access and are equipped with a garage and a reserved outdoor parking space. The apartment, furnished in a modern, practical and functional style, is located on the ground floor: it has a living room with equipped kitchen, covered terrace and large private garden with wonderful lake view, equipped with sun loungers and barbecue. It has a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to six people.
