Attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land are a short drive away, under 35 minutes. Within, you'll find 2 double bedrooms, 2 windowed bathrooms - one fitted with a jacuzzi, sink, toilet, and bidet, the other with a shower setup - a separate kitchen, a generously sized living area boasting lake views, and not one but 2 balconies overlooking the lake, enhancing the charm of the garden and pool area. Access is exclusive to the upper level, as the lower serves as storage. The kitchen is fully outfitted for a Lake Garda stay, including a dishwasher, laundry machine, cooker, coffee machine, oven, and all necessary kitchenware, with direct terrace access for alfresco dining. A notable feature is the spacious private garden with a pool and lake vistas, perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The villa spans two levels, with only the upper floor accessible to guests. Entry is from the parking level, though descending stairs are needed to access the pool area. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linens, and towels are provided at no additional cost. Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
