Both the master and second bedrooms have double beds, large wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom, located next to the third full bathroom, has two single beds and is perfect for children or friends. All bedrooms, as well as the living room have both air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room has a dining table and sitting area. Thanks to its south-west orientation and two landscaped terraces, there are always sunny and shady areas in this property, guaranteeing ample space to enjoy al fresco dining and quiet moments. Bedding, towels and hairdryer are provided, and a 20KW/day electricity allowance is included (any excess is charged separately). The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12 metre long swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. For those who visit us in winter, there is also a heated pool with a constant temperature of 28ºC, along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking. Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk will take you to the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with a swimming area. Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities. And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia.
