We have rented several apartments in la Recoleta over the years and were not disappointed with Karin’s property. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished with many extras to help make the vacation stress free. The location is also very good with views of the sea and the surrounding area. Access to the pool areas is very good and the spacious and quiet balcony was great when we decided to eat in one evening. We look forward to returning to la Recoleta and to karin’s apartment in the future

The Apartment was very well equipped, clean and practical. Especially the kitchen was very functional, several new frying pans etc. Location is superb, near by the sea and some excellent restaurants in walking distance. The Key Manager also was very helpful and friendly. So, we can recommend this Apartment without any reservations. Looking forward being able to visit again in the not-so-distant future.

#### Great Place to Stay in Punta Prima
Property was exactly as described and fully supplied with everything you will need. It is located in a nice complex that was well maintained, one of the pools was being resurfaced but there are two other pools and you are only five minutes from the beach. The beach is a bit small but has all necessary facilities (beach bar, toilets and sun beds), it gets a bit crowded on weekends during July and August, but if you wait until 15:00 it clears out. There is also a great restaurant (Punta Prima Restaurant) right there, it's a bit pricey for Spain but a lot less than we would spend in München. It is also close to supermarkets, shops and other restaurants but it is about 2 KM, so you may need to drive. Overall it was a great property and we will stay again if we return to the area

Het appartement is volledig uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettig is dat er ook strandstoeltjes, parasol, koelbox en speelgoed aanwezig is. Het complex is mooi aangelegd en schoon. Fijn net appartement. Heel compleet. Alles is aanwezig. Rustige omgeving. Klein maar prima strand op 5 minuten loopafstand. Op fietsafstand van het levendige Torreviega. Maar vooral heeft het gebied een heerlijk klimaat. Wij komen vast nogeens terug.

El apartamento esta genial, la dueña un encanto y la persona que vino a darnos las llaves también muy amable pero la persona a la que avise que ya estabamos alli (Ron Bol) es muy antipatica. Carencias: una escoba que no este rota, la TV y DVD no funciona y el termo hace un ruido muy fuerte. En general y quitando estas pequeñas cosas la casa esta muy bien y la urbanización es preciosa.

My family and I had a fantastic time in Punta Prima, and especially in this apartment - we are a family that likes to go out in the evenings but come back and spend some time on the balcony playing games - and the balcony in this aprtment is just perfect for that. Spacious and comfortable. There are a couple of very nice restaurants within easy walking distance (one is particularly close, 2min walk). The beach is small and crowded but there is a nice little cafe on it for refreshments. Wandering around the area you get a feel for how much building is happening - but you actually get used to it pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment and area.

#### Dejlig lejlighed i et fantastisk område.
Lejligheden ligger 300m fra stranden i et dejlig grønt område med pt 3 pools -. de er ved at bygge en fjerde. Jeg havde sat næsen op efter 3 værelser, som det står, men de 4 sovepladser er på kun 2 værelser.

Een heerlijke ontspannen week in dit appartement. Strand op loopafstand. Mooie kust. Het appartement is van alle comfort voorzien. Ruim. Goede douche/ bad. Fijne keuken met alle benodigde zaken. Je zit heerlijk op het balkon met uitzicht op zee en de zonsondergang. Ook een avondje tv kijken kan met het enorme aanbod van (inter) nationale zenders.
