Welcome to our brand-new apartment in a modern resort complex near Torrevieja! The complex is designed to provide you with the ultimate holiday experience. In the centre of the complex, you’ll find a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean flowers, several swimming pools, and a cosy relaxation area. The complex features four swimming pools: two for adults, one children’s pool, and one pool that is heated year-round. The entire area is safe and specially designed for children. The apartment is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are new, clean, and nicely decorated. The internet is fast. The apartment features a second-floor terrace and a large rooftop terrace. Both terraces are fully furnished. On the rooftop terrace, you’ll find a large seating area and an outdoor kitchen. Part of the terrace is covered by a pergola to provide shade on warm days. The apartment is just a 45-minute drive (44.8 km) from Alicante Airport and only a 10-minute walk from Playa de Los Naufragos, a beautiful sandy beach. The complex is also conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants.
