The bathrooms are new, clean, and nicely decorated. The internet is fast. The apartment features a second-floor terrace and a large rooftop terrace. Both terraces are fully furnished. The apartment is just a 45-minute drive (44.8 km) from Alicante Airport and only a 10-minute walk from Playa de Los Naufragos, a beautiful sandy beach. The complex is also conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants.
