"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They recommended some of the best restaurants nearby and provided us with helpful information about the ferry schedules on Lake Como, which made exploring the area so much easier. The lady at the front desk truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention made our experience even more special. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
