    "We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of..."

"Its tricky to be to harsh on this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is a 5 star hotel, which is a little generous. THE BAD The rooms are very dated AC was switched off to all rooms. Maybe cost saving, however the hotel was busy, and no real reason for it being off when asked.. ..."
