This beautiful, spacious home encapsulates Torquay’s relaxed, coastal lifestyle. It’s less than five minutes’ drive from Torquay Beach, and a short stroll to supermarkets and Torquay Farmers Market. Hit the surf at world famous Bells Beach or enjoy a scenic walk along the foreshore. End the day at one of the area’s excellent breweries. Stylishly decorated with coastal and country accents, this home flows over two levels with alfresco dining and plenty of space for families or groups.

Those looking for an unforgettable retreat on the Great Ocean Road, this well-sized home is destined to impress. Overlooking a private and leafy backyard, it boasts beautiful, light-filled living and thoughtfully curated spaces both indoors and out. Take your pick from a variety of alfresco areas - be it your morning coffee watching as the sun rises over the ocean, or a delicious BBQ feast, making use of the region’s fresh local produce.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area is located upstairs and flows straight to the deck. Designed around a central island bench, there is plenty of space to prepare meals or sit up at the breakfast bar. Come together around the large eight-person dining table or relax on the sofas opening the doors to allow the cool sea breezes to stream through. The sumptuous master suite is located on this upper level with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and private balcony. An additional powder room adds to your daily convenience.

Head downstairs to find the remaining three bedrooms. There is a gorgeous lounge area with plush sofa seating and a large wall-mounted TV, perfect for creating movie nights at home. Two of the bedrooms contain queen-sized beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds, ideal for those travelling with the kids. A bright workspace located within the fourth bedroom caters to those needing to set up their laptop. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub and separate toilet as well as an internal laundry with a washing machine.

Ample parking is available including two spots in the driveway and a double car garage with remote.

Famed for its beaches, the town of Torquay lies on Victoria’s stunning Great Ocean Road and boasts a cool, coastal lifestyle, just 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne. It’s home to world-renowned Bells Beach, regarded as one of the best surf spots in the world with its exposed reef and point break.

Stroll along Torquay’s foreshore, tucking into classic fish and chips from a beachside kiosk. Enjoy the region’s fishing, snorkelling and paddling, or stretch your legs on part of the Surf Coast Walk, which stretches 44km from Torquay to Lorne. Treat yourself to dinner at one of the best restaurants in the country, Brae, and refresh with a pint from Blackman’s Brewery or 4 Pines Torquay.

PETS Keep pets out of bedrooms and off furniture. Clean up after your animals before you check out. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the organic waste bin with green lid. No plastic bags in there please.

SMOKING Outside only. Ashtrays on table downstairs and under the kitchen sink.

BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement.

BINS If you are a longer-stay guest, please put bins out Friday.

Perfect holiday home
We stayed with family visiting from out of town, the house is a great base to visit the Great Ocean Road. The rooms were great and the house has everything you need. Nice and quiet and walkable to the beach. Would book again.

Fresh, clean and spacious accommodation. Convenient location; walking distance to a small local shopping centre and short drive to beach and great cafes/restaurants. Happily recommend and hope to stay again when next visiting the region.
