Flowing from the kitchen is the spacious dining and main living area. This inviting space features comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a dining table that seats up to 8 guests—perfect for shared meals, board games, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Just off the main living zone, you'll find a convenient laundry equipped with an all-in-one washer/dryer, making longer stays or family trips easier to manage.

Sliding doors open out to a generous outdoor entertaining area, thoughtfully set up for summer enjoyment. With a gas BBQ, outdoor dining for eight, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a fully fenced yard complete with a children’s swing set, this space is perfect for unwinding, cooking outdoors, and soaking up the coastal atmosphere. The secure yard also makes it an ideal spot for pets to enjoy—pets are welcome (subject to owners approval).

The second living area, located at the front of the house, is the perfect retreat for kids to have their own space. It features a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two smaller children or one adult, and comes with a smart TV for entertainment.
