### Resort Living on Tempest

A beautifully presented premium double story five bedroom property, ideally suited for multi-generational, or large family groups.  
  
Situated only a short stroll to Whites Beach, the Sands Golf Course and Torquay North shopping, this property has all the bells and whistles for those wanting to relax and in luxury on holiday.  
  
Upstairs you will find the large, luxurious master bedroom with immaculate ensuite. There are a further 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds the other with a double bed as well as a small TV lounge. The large, well appointed family bathroom with bathtub is also on the upper level.  
  
Downstairs you will find a large bedroom with queen bed and single bunks as well as lounge comfy seating and large TV. This room also has a cot and change station for the newer family members. Here you'll also find the open plan dining, living and kitchen with butler's pantry, flowing seamlessly onto the spectacular outside living area with outside kitchen and 2 seating areas with TVs overlooking the large, heated pool.   
  
To keep everyone active and entertained this property also has a billiards table and a space invader/Pac man machine.  
  
Whilst the property has everything needed to keep the most active and discerning guests entertained it is also located close to the Sands Golf Course and a 10-minute walk from Whites beach to ensure you’ll never run out of activities during your stay. You’ll also be situated a stone's throw from Torquay's vibrant center where you'll have easy access to a plethora of exceptional restaurants, lively bars, and charming shops. Should you wish to explore further, Geelong and the Bellarine peninsular are a short drive away, in one direction whilst the other direction takes you along the iconic Great Ocean Road.

Torquay is a popular holiday destination for Victorians, known for its picturesque beaches with wide grassy foreshores and large shady trees lining the coast. Scenic walking tracks extend throughout the town's foreshore, offering breathtaking views from Yellow Bluff and Point Danger, where an Anzac Memorial overlooks the ocean from atop the headland.  
  
The main commercial centre of Torquay spans Pearl Street and Gilbert Street, merging seamlessly with the coastal boulevard of The Esplanade. Additional shops, cafes, restaurants, and the town's historic hotel can be found on Bell Street, opposite a large camping and caravan ground near Point Danger.  
  
Torquay is synonymous with the surfing industry, boasting numerous manufacturers and retailers of surfing related goods along its main highway. Surf City Plaza is a notable hub, also home to the Australian National Surfing Museum, the world's largest surfing and beach culture museum.  
  
A few kilometers southwest of Torquay sits Bells Beach, renowned for hosting the Rip Curl Pro Surfing Classic, an annual event that attracts competitors from around the world.

#### A true home from home 

We absolutely loved our home away from home! The layout of the house was perfect, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortabl, we only had to bring our clothes. The outside area is every family’s dream, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kids were entertained the entire time, thanks to all the thoughtful facilities and the amazing pool. Little gestures like leaving the cot out with a sound machine made such a difference and showed how much care went into ensuring we had a great stay. This was the relaxing break we truly needed, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect family getaway!”
