Located directly opposite Fisherman's beach you will have easy access for a swim, snorkel, beautiful coastal walks and surf breaks. A short 10 minute walk and you'll be amongst the local restaurants, cafe's and shops.

The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower. The room has ocean views and also looks over Deep Creek Reserve.

#### Very clean and very poorly maintained

Room was very clean but needs serious maintenance. Door locking and key operation was appalling. Carpet w.ere filthy and stained. Shower missing bits. Needs a repaint and a bit of TLC
