Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the Bell Street shops & restaurants, you will love the location. After a morning at the beach enjoy a large private backyard (freshly landscaped) and an outdoor entertaining area topped off with an outdoor shower. Newly renovated, with all mod cons, our 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next family getaway! This home has been freshly renovated, expect modern fixtures and fittings and a fresh coastal vibe. The garden is spacious and perfect for kids to run around in, you'll love the spacious back deck to unwind on too. Perfectly located for the Torquay Pub (3 minute walk away) shops, restaurants, coffee and most importantly - the beach! The home consists of: 3 x queen rooms 1 x twin single room (2 single beds) 1 x family bathroom 1 x en suite Open plan living/dining/kitchen, the open fire is BYO wood. Al fresco with built in BBQ & Bar fridge Large back deck (with furniture) and a landscaped garden All linen and towels are included in the price. Access to everything the home has to offer - enjoy the privacy of a fully fenced garden & gated property. It would suit a summer vacation, during winter/when we stayed the house is cold. The house is not designed for winter, but would definitely suit a summer vacation. This is the first holiday house we have stayed at that dont supply firewood, the closest we found is the 7eleven servo which charges a small fortune. Don't be surprised by someone popping in to take the bins out unannounced. Nice looking bathrooms, but only one tap on in the house at a time, especially hot water as the 2nd tap only trickles, no heaters in bathroom i.e heat lamps. Would we stay here again, not in winter, but yes for summer. ##### Mathew V.
