Access to the back studio can also be provided for a fee. The Space: Location, location, location - only 300m walk from the beach! If you fancy a townhouse that is in walking distance to the beach and Torquay's Esplanade and shops, then this listing is for you. Conveniently situated on Miranda Close, Torquay, this warm and inviting townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable getaway year round. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee.
