The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring a master bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom and the third bedroom with a double and single bed. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The upstairs area features open plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The townhouse features ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring your comfort in all seasons.  
  
You can enjoy the balcony area, complete with a bbq and outdoor setting, perfect for meals and gatherings.   
  
As a guest at The Sands Golf Course Estate, you will have access to the communal facilities including an outdoor pool, and tennis court, enhancing your overall experience.
