Located in Old Torquay, this two bedroom unit is only a minutes walk to all main shops and only a minute to two further to the Front & Surf Beach. Sleeping a small family of up to 4 people with 1xQueen & 1x Double Bed. Split system air conditioned in the main living area for maximum climate control. All the necessary features for total self contained living. Courtyard area with outdoor setting & bbq. No need at all for a car whilst staying in this location. One car space however no garage. On street parking in addition.
