Located 3 km from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, in a magical place from which you can see the sea and the Sardinian breeze wakes you up every morning.  
The apartment is on two levels on the 1st floor fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and much more.  
A large terrace equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and awning.  
A large living room with direct access to the roof garden area with PRIVATE swimming pool complete with all comforts.  
On the upper floor a large and bright double bedroom with a well-equipped bathroom with hydromassage shower

We had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful surrounding countryside. The flat is very well equipped.
