Fairmont Royal York
"Booked a certain type of room but it wasn’t available upon check in. So that was disappointing. Elevator system isn’t exactly great. It’s new but isn’t user friendly. Rooms are lovely and it’s very clean."

"Great for families. I gave 3 star rating because room was not to expectation as I saw in booking ( no chair in my balcony ). The rooms have a smell and sometimes the hallway too. However , staff was super friendly and amenities like steam room and heated floor in bathroom was a plus !!"
