"Great location. Hotel is historic and shows its age at times. I prefer more intimate hotels - Royal York feels more like a convention centre, food is pricey and they no longer have the coffee shop for a quick bite.. staff were very helpful."

"Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Check-In staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. One person behind the desk said my room wasn’t ready. Person right next to them checked and it was ready. Bar closes at 11pm on a Saturday…no night caps! Not sure I’d stay there again when visiting Toronto"
