"We booked 3 rooms a week in advance. Got no prior emails OR calls about having no rooms. As I get there, front desk tells me that there are no rooms left and that they were waiting until I got there to tell me and transfer me to a different hotel. Utterly disappointed, as I am coming from 5 hours ..."
