The Rex Hotel
Fair price, in a good location in the city. Underwhelming room conditions (our bathroom door was broken and sound travelled too easily). Bathroom was good other than the door. Staff was friendly.

Room was exceptionally hot- when asked how to lower the heat, the front desk told us to open a window and brought a fan We could not sleep due to loud sirens outside with open window

Room was clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Onsite food was also really good.

One King West Hotel & Residence
There were hard boiled eggs and a whole roast chicken in the mini fridge, gross. You could see a buildup of dust on the lamp shades. And there was a $250 incidental charge that you don’t get back until 5-10 business days later, wth?
