One King West Hotel & Residence
We had no hot water in the shower. Plenty from the tap but the shower valve was bad. Rooms are okay condition but not 5 star. Bedding was very good. Staff are fantastic. I told the checkout person about the lack of hot water and only got a "sorry". I expected a token of redress for it. Previous visit ...
