Don’t normally do reviews but this one deserves one! Lots to do and the whole resort is clean and tidy. The pools were great especially the adult relax pool. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking and can be seen from your room, to eating in the restaurants and to swimming in the pool. The staff were all great and were always helpful and did things with a smile and often went above and beyond what was expected. It was my wife’s 30th birthday while we were there and without asking she was given a birthday dessert, Prosecco and limoncello shots. All on the house! They also went to the effort of buying a ‘30’ balloon as a surprise and left it in the room on her birthday. Only downside is how far it is from Malpensa airport. It can be €300 one way in a taxi so it’s cheaper to hire a car which we did. However the effort it took to get there was well worth it! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). Staff was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. Walls must be thin though because we heard the neighboring rooms tv and a person snoring all night.
